I AM SO EXCITED!!
You may say…what what what is so exciting?? Let me tell you! One month ago I treated myself to Bellafill at Innovative Directions in Health!
That’s right! I treated MYSELF, and the whole experience was a TREAT! Here is why!
1) WORRY FREE! Jill administered the injections so beautifully. She is a true professional taking meticulous care of where the Bellafill should go, stepping back to study my face after each fill, and always being so very gentle with the tiniest needle I have ever seen. Lips lines have always been challenging to injectors. Prior to Bellafill, the fillers I used to treat the lip lines around the mouth were hyaluronic acid fillers; Juvederm, Restylane, Belatero, etc. Hyaluronic fillers plump up an area and attract water to the surface of skin often creating a swollen look. After 6-9 months the hyaluronic acid goes away and the lines return to what they looked like before the filler.
By injecting Bellafill, the body is growing collagen in the area around the lips with results lasting 5 years. We are seeing beautiful, natural looking results without any puffiness by filling in the wrinkles with collagen.
The photo below was taken 2 months after a Bellafill treatment for vertical lip lines. After two years of insomnia, I found Dr. Sinda’s clinic. I was terribly exhausted and was searching for a way to treat my symptoms without the use of harmful sleeping pills.

I have found the most wonderful recipe for chocolate pudding and have been enjoying it at the most unusual time! BREAKFAST! YOU MAY SAY…WHAT????? Let me tell you a few ingredients and you will see why. Chia seeds: a powerhouse of nutrients including calcium and omega 3 and fiber. AND fills you up! Coconut milk: healthy fat Protein powder: I am enjoying collagen protein from Axe Naturals for glowing skin, digestion and joints. CHIA SEED CHOCOLATE PUDDING
- 1 can organic coconut milk
- 1/2 cup chia seeds
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1/4 cocoa powder (I enjoy Penzies Dutch high fat cocoa)
- 1/4 cup organic grade B maple syrup, honey, or stevia to taste
- pinch of sea salt
- optional: 2-4 Tablespoons protein powder (I prefer Axe naturals Collagen Protein)
- Fresh whipped organic heavy cream
Put all the ingredients into a high powered blender such as a Vitamix. When mixed and smooth, pour into a large bowl and fold in about 1/2 cup whipped cream. The mixture will be creamy and rich, so I only put about a 1/4 – 1/2 cup into each pretty little bowl. Cover with plastic wrap. Keep your whipped cream (optional) whipped in a separate bowl so you can easily top your pudding anytime you want a treat!
