Healthy Pizza
(So healthy you can eat the whole pizza!)
Ingredients:
1 Ezekiel sprouted grain tortilla
Organic pizza sauce (I used about 1/3 cup)
1 cup chopped veggies (I used garlic, onion, red peppers, mushrooms, black olives and spinach)
Organic Cheese (optional) I eat primarily vegan so I did not use any. Instead I lightly sprayed olive oil on top to keep the veggies moist and flavorful. I pour my oil into a small spray bottle to control how much is sprayed on.
Crushed red pepper
Directions:
Place tortilla on a pan and bake in oven for around 5 minutes at 450 degrees to harden (remove when edges are crispy).
Place sauce on crust and top with veggies and cheese.
Bake for 10 minutes until cheese bubbly or vegetables cooked through.
Sprinkle with crushed red pepper.
